Where It Began

How We Got Started

Quanvio s.r.o. grew out of one plain realization. Folks around our city were stuck with bags that didn't suit how they really lived — tight gym duffels, flimsy totes, and carriers that gave out after just a few months.

Commuting around České Budějovice, we kept spotting the same thing. Office workers needed something tough for papers and a laptop. Gym-goers wanted a bag that could take damp kit without giving out. Students were cramming books, water bottles, and gadgets into bags never meant for real-world use.

So we set out to make something better. Not a run-of-the-mill backpack. Not a flashy bag that quickly falls apart. We were after adaptable carry options — totes that genuinely bear weight, duffels that keep everything in order, gear that travels with you from the office to the gym to the weekend market.

It wasn't quick. We trialed our designs with real commuters, paid attention to what held up and what didn't, and crafted each bag to last the way it would in the hands of someone using it every single day.

How We Approach Design

Every bag we make begins by figuring out how it'll truly be carried — not some hypothetical, but the real daily back-and-forth across the city.

Toughness Above All

We skip materials that only look good for a season. Our totes and duffels feature reinforced stitching and fabrics put through thousands of commutes.

Thoughtful Layout

Pockets placed exactly where you need them. Compartments sized for real belongings. We design around the gym bag, the work tote, and the weekend carrier alike.

Mindful Materials

Good canvas, recycled textiles, and hardware that holds up. We think carefully about what goes into every bag and what that means for the city we call home.
